Surveillance would also help them in knowing if there has been any leak of sensitive information which caused them the loss of a major contract, and if that’s not the case, then would guide them towards their weak areas or inefficiencies. Surveillance would help them tighten the atmosphere in the organization which would make people feel responsible for their work and thus improve organization’s performance.
