This report discusses the steps that have been followed in managing the conflict that arisen between the subordinate and the manager and what steps have been taken to manage this conflict. The factors that influenced the nature of the conflict and the way in which it affected the behaviour of the parties involved has been discussed in the next section supported by the literature on conflict management.
