While analysing my own skills I felt that I don’t have command over financial abilities, mathematical concepts and calculations whereas these are the important aspects of an efficient manager, leader or entrepreneur.   An entrepreneur needs to be good in financial abilities, although they offer job to accountants and bookkeepers for financial works but they should be aware about the characteristics of an efficient accountant. Entrepreneurs and managers should have command over strong understanding of financial/accounting principles and practices that include accounting skills, calculation, organizational management, knowledge of budgeting, knowledge of tax laws, and provincial/federal regulations etc. Considering these factors, I felt that I am little bit sluggish in such things and from my childhood I have an escapism tendency towards mathematical tools and financial activities that had put me several time in difficult situations. Education is the key to developing the financial abilities necessary to own and operate a business efficiently and effectively and I need to focus on that to overcome this issue that have brought me a platform where I am not able to have command over financial tactics that are necessarily important for an entrepreneur.   I am not able to know how to manage cash flow and how to read a bottom line.
