It says any employee can face disciplinary action regardless of its position if they are found to be breaking these laws. Code of conduct states they should act with integrity, respect other employees and lastly be patient (GSK Company, 2013).

Employees should not engage in corruption or provide bribes to the government officials. Employees have to deal with lot of government officials and hence they should not engage themselves to give or take bribes to get their work done.
