当我来到美国的情况不同于我之前一直住的。这种情况给我的劣势和优势在同一水平。利用做一些对自己的现在和劣势的启动是礼物。沟通能力强从一开始,我意识到这样一个事实:为了生存在这种环境下我需要与每个人的关系,用我的沟通技巧。成为一个好的领导者的第一步是使关系和与成员交流。改变的我开始强调和解决问题我的朋友。我附加了许多个人和学校的声誉了。老师发现这种能力在我的人格,开始给我的任务是说服我的成员。我感动每一步进一步普及和社会与我的成员。我不仅有说服力,学会了解表达式的其他集团和少数出现在学校。我开始相信关系和做了一些追随者无意中。
今天我的领导亚洲俱乐部在我的学校。我应该感谢我的老师给的机会所以我可以excel在学校和在构建特征理解我。我相信领导开发时考虑到形势和机遇,因为我从来没有选择成为一个领导者但是我周围的环境影响我内心的行为和发展中领导特质的激励了我。我满意我已经完成了,但这并不是终点,我必须开发其他特质和技能可以帮助我在未来获得成功我的个人和职业生活。

When I came to United States the situation was different from what I had been living before. This situation gave me disadvantage and advantage on the same levels. Advantage of doing something on my own was present and disadvantage of initiating with something was present. Communication skills were strong from the beginning and I realized the fact that to survive in this environment I need to make relationships with everyone and use my communication skills. The first step of becoming a good leader was to make relationships and communicate with the members. Alter I started to emphasize and resolve the issues of my friends. I was attached by many individuals and the reputation was developed at the school. My teachers pinpointed this ability in my personality and started giving me tasks that were o persuade my fellow members. As I moved every step further I became popular and social with my fellow members. I was not only persuasive but learned to understand the expressions of very other group and minority present in the school. I started to believe in relationships and made some followers unintentionally.
Today I am the leader of the Asian club at my school. I can thank my teachers for giving m the opportunities so I can excel in the school and understand my in build traits. I believe that leaders are developed when they are given the situations and opportunities because I never chose to become a leader but the situations around me influenced my inner behaviors and motivated me in developing the leadership traits. I am happy with what I have accomplished but this is not the stopping point as I have to develop other traits and skills that can help me in the future for getting success in my personal and professional life.
