Dialogue between the six characters
(Egan): My idea about education is an imaginative learning style of teaching. The primary target is to use the imaginative forces of the students and get it engaged in the learning, and shaping the curriculum in such a manner which embarks on an imaginative journey of learning subjects. This is a very novel idea of teaching because imagination is the fundamental learning technique of every individual, be it a child or an adult.
(Senyshyn): I have been a teacher of arts, music and moral education. My primary idea about teaching is to learn through the anxiety that is displayed by the students during performance and using it to direct the energy towards a better learning experience.
(Gelsomina): According to me, education must be taught by mostly by intimating and punishing students. The idea is that of intimidating and teaching children so that it is expected the children will learn fast. However, the learning is been seen to be happening but not the ideal way in which a student would willingly learn and then remember the teachings, and this is because there are very few students who like to learn willingly.
(Zorba): I believe that one should take life as it comes and with this type of philosophy of life, it is easier to be messier in one’s life and be unorganised. I have an ideology which is more likened to the free spirited and carefree humans who do not care about the future and learns to adapt to the situation presented against them. This ideology is more fun filled and full of surprises that if a student sits and accepts this kind of learning mechanism, he will be surprised at the innumerable unexpected happenings of life that comes in the way of everyone.
(Plato): I feel that education must be a complete package that has the ability of teaching the individual about the start and finish of their life so that they can live freely in any kind of condition that they are faced in their life.
