Therefore, this concept divides society on the basis of technology artefact usefulness. Relevant Social Group: This concept can be treated as extension of interpretative flexibility. Under this concept, different groups have been dividend on the basis of relevance in context of technology. For every technology artefact, its developer or producer and its user are relevant social group with direct intension of using the technology artefact. On the other hand, there can be other indirect relevant social groups also exists which does not require such artefact (Silverstone, 2005).
