In the case of Chi-squared test, the advantages of using the method are that the facts that have been used to define the goodness of fit statistics. It measures how the observed distribution of data fits within the distribution of expectations, and is used to consider if the variables are independent. The chief advantage of this method is that it does not accept the null hypothesis and helps in deducing of practical solutions from a statistical standpoint. It has been considered that this form of testing enables the researcher to deduce the various variables that is required for the research. The Chi square has been used in the current case study as well. The Pearson Chi-Square with the significance levels is used to understand the validity of the scores collected and if these scores could be interpreted as they are presented. In this research, there was critical analysis of the exiting research published. For this, heuristic research design that was developed is a combination of research from different sources. Possible limitation to the research design would be the personal bias. To overcome the issue of personal bias, there will be an analysis of both sides of the argument and the reason for taking a particular stand will be substantiated with research literature. It was found from this research that the Chinese managers are not able to fully adapt to the newer westernized culture and that there is still strong patriarchal and power-distance index that exists in the nation.
Tabulation data were collected with respect to satisfaction with activities between events, the overall satisfaction, the participation frequency in other activities, the sample means and more for opening events, as collected from adults and the young participants. Now, however Chi square also has its disadvantages. It has been found that in the case of Chi square there are some major limitations in spite of its use. It is that the result is dependent on the sample size that has been considered. It is directly related to the proportions of the size of the sample and is independent of the strength of the research. This test depends on the primary sample size that has been used in research. Hence the results vary based on the type of data that has been used. This is a key disadvantage as it cannot be used to deduce solutions efficiently.
