One of them is the participative leadership style where the leader involves the employees in the decision making activities. In this type of leadership style, the leader believes that as the employees are the ones who are actually working for the organization and are responsible for taking the organization to higher levels, so they think that the employees should also be included in the decision making power, and they should also be having the power to make certain decisions. It is very true that the success of any organization depends on the fact that how they will be managing the people of the organization. The leader is the one who sets up an example in front of the employees and he or she is the one who motivate the people of the organization to perform better. Then we also have another type of leadership style which is the Laissez-Faire style of leadership. Here the employees are given the freedom to work in the way they want. The leaders give the employees the complete freedom to let them work in the way they want and they are just concerned with the results.
