In the report, two organizations will be evaluated on the grounds of their organization structure, leadership followed and nature of teamwork followed. As the case the company called Autoelectric has got the opportunity to acquire the Battricar ltd on paying the definite amount of acquisition amount. In this acquisition certain conditions have been agreed upon by both the managements. Battricar Ltd. is a manufacturer of electrically-propelled, battery-driven wheelchairs and sells its product mainly to National Health Service and also to the individual buyers (Pitt, Handford & Koester, 2012). Their main motive is to satisfy their customers at any cost through providing before and after sales services. Autoelectric is the manufacturer (its factory is five miles from that of Battricar) of electrically-powered fork-lift trucks and milk floats (electrically-powered wagons to deliver milk bottles to people’s doors). Autoelectric has its own way to drive the Battricar Ltd through going for mass scale production and change in the organization structure. There is also huge difference in the leadership and motivation followed in both the companies. In the below report detailed examination has been made and recommendation is given on the basis of the analysis conducted.
