Battricar Ltd. is a manufacturer of electrically-propelled, battery-driven wheelchairs and sells its product mainly to National Health Service and also to the individual buyers (Pitt, Handford & Koester, 2012). Their main motive is to satisfy their customers at any cost through providing before and after sales services. Autoelectric is the manufacturer (its factory is five miles from that of Battricar) of electrically-powered fork-lift trucks and milk floats (electrically-powered wagons to deliver milk bottles to people’s doors). Autoelectric has its own way to drive the Battricar Ltd through going for mass scale production and change in the organization structure. There is also huge difference in the leadership and motivation followed in both the companies.
