A large number of practices and policies are needed to implement in the present times for the success of the organization by creating the High Performance work system. The concept of high performance work system is related a number of factors which are interrelated with each other and complement for the success of the organization.
In this research paper the study would be conducted on different circumstances which may be beneficial for the high performance system. A number of questions related to the high performance system would be answered such as, what would be the benefits of the high performance system? When the system of high performance should be employed? What are the various factors leading to the high performance system and what are the problems associated with the high performance system? Also the discussion would be conducted on the principles which lead to the implementation of the high performance system.
