A contract manager has a number of essential duties in project management. There are a number of integral processes that need to be addressed. Along with this a plan for smooth running of operations and recommendation for an IT company is investigated in this report. Contracts developed in IT Company can be of many types. It is developed based on the requirements of the company. Contracts can be either indefinite, long term contract or time sensitive and transient.
