Marriot:
The Marriott International founded in 1927 is in the International Hotelier business for longer than the Hyatt. It offers a full range of hotel services and also partners up with the community golfing centers to offer golf services to its patrons.
Advantages: There are as many as six Marriott Hotels in Australia and these hotels are all fully equipped (Marriott, 2015). The Marriott offers international loyalty programs for its more regular customers. It is also more economical in pricing when compared to the Shangri-La and the Hyatt.
Disadvantages: The Marriott is a classical hotel, but as such might not be able to compete with the Hyatt which is more vintages oriented in its themes.
Thorngrove Manor
Thorngrove Manor is a unique set of luxury hotels which are much smaller in size compared to the Mariott and the Shangri La. This is a hotel situated in Adelaide, Australia (Thorngrove, 2015).
