The main objective of the organization is to provide its customers with better services and schemes so that the latter do not switch to other retailers. Moreover, Woolworths over the time has introduced a number of new products in its portfolio so that it addresses the increasing as well as changing needs of its customers under one roof. The following are some of the steps that Woolworths would have to take up so that the employee morale is maintained and they cope up easily with the changes –
- It is planning to introduce more number of new products so it will have to train/educate its employees about the same.
