我目前和未来的学术和课外活动帮助我实现我的人生目标:
知识是一切事物的基础,有助于建立一个健全的思想和生活的理想的人体,这将有助于未来。学者是基于个人通过学者学习的逻辑,使个人的思维更加清晰和高度的基础。高度成熟和实践性的思维与人际交往的效果是个人在成年时期获得的优质教育的结果(Mahoney,2003)。它们构成了个人成为预测者的基础,并在他的人生中做出积极的决定,以实现他的人生目标,也为了改善人类。教育有助于个人了解生活现实,更好地理解和感知情境,从而在生活中作出坚定的决定。为了获得自我知识,学术知识是一条途径,因为它只会教会我们如何更好地了解和理解我们自己和他人(Bailey,2008)。课外活动不仅保持身心健康,而且有助于增加学术成果。课外活动使个人的身体充满积极的能量,并帮助个人在生活的任何领域作出坚定和正确的决定。课外活动增加了个人的自尊心,从而带来与其他人的互动。科学地证明,任何身体活动和运动都会对人的大脑产生积极的影响。一个健康的大脑就像一个降落伞,它可以飞得很高,并以最好的解决方案返回到生活中的各种问题,从而实现生活中的目标。当一个人接受教育时,他会意识到在特定情况下以某种方式表现出来的潜在后果,有时也会帮助个人为面临某些危急情况的其他人进行同情思考(Swanson,2002)。生活时间的目标是为了人的自我实现,学术和课外活动是达到自我实现水平的基石。
结论:
课外活动使个人更好地处理生活中的情况。自我知识是实现个人道德的必要条件。个人道德是通过学者获得的知识基础而形成的,随着我们越来越受到教育,我们的思维能力将会以同情为内在因素而被广泛而长期地推动。如果一个人不了解自己的人生目标,而没有为实现这些目标而努力,生活就没有意义。知识就是力量,用这种力量来启发我们的生活,更好地认识自己。

My current and Future academic and extra-curricular activities help me in the achievement of my life time goals:
Knowledge is the basis for everything and helps in building a strong human body with sound mind and ideals for life that will be helpful in future. Academics are the basis for making the thinking of an individual more clearly and high based on the logics which an individual learns through his academics. High, mature and practical thinking with an effect of human touch is the result of quality education which an individual gets in his childhood and adulthood (Mahoney, 2003). They form the basis for an individual to become a forecaster and make proactive decisions in his life for achieving his life time goals and also for the betterment of mankind. Education helps an individual to know about the realities of life and understand and perceive situations in a better way so as to take firm decisions in life. For gaining self knowledge academic knowledge is a pathway as it will only teach us the ways in which we can know and understand ourselves and others better (Bailey,2008). Extracurricular activities not only keep the mind and body healthy but they also help in increasing achievements of academic front. Extracurricular activities fill the body of an individual with positive energy and help the individual in taking firm and sound decisions in any sphere of life. The self esteem of an individual is increased with extracurricular activities which results in rewarding interactions with others. It is scientifically proved that any physical activity and sports results in positive effects on the brain of a person. A healthy brain is like a parachute which can fly high and return with best solutions to the various problems of life for the achievement of life time goals. When an individual gets educated he becomes aware of the potential consequences of behaving in a certain manner in a particular situation and sometimes helps an individual to think empathically for others who are facing some critical situation (Swanson, 2002). Life time goals are for self actualization in human beings and academic and extracurricular activities are the building blocks to reach the level of self actualization.
Conclusion:
Extracurricular activities make an individual better prepared for dealing with the situations of life. Self knowledge is must for fulfilling personal morals. Personal morals are formed with the knowledge base gained through academics and as we get more and more educated our thinking ability is expected to be broad and long run driven with empathy as an inherent factor in it. Life is meaningless if one does not understand his life time goals and does not work for the achievement of these goals. Knowledge is power and wit this power we can enlighten our lives and know ourselves better as human beings.
