It is decided roughly based on the charges that are arranged on three specific dates on three different months. 3rd August, 11th September, 3rd October are the three dates chosen for which the prices are compared and the occupancy is determined accordingly. 11th September falls on a weekend which implies that the occupancy rate increases in general.

Those that already exist have been utilizing the customer discount strategy to attract a larger proportion of people towards their hotels. In that case, it demands the need for some other strategy to pull the customers. Only then, there is a possibility for better performance in the market.
