According to Dominos Pizza’s Group annual report, this company group is controlled, managed and led by the board of directors, and board takes all the responsibility of all stakeholders (Lucian, B. Alma, C. and Allen, F. 2004). The CEO of this company is the head who heads this company’s leadership and management group. Each director’s performance is evaluated to make sure each one is working independently and focusing on company growth. The evaluation is also done for all employees and senior management to make sure everyone works best in the company. These evaluations involve strategy and corporate principles, internal control and risk management and performance management (Eddie, M. and Petter, A. 2012).
The shareholder will be satisfied with these strategies because these proposed strategies will help them gaining more than expected return, so the corporate government will see the huge growth in near future, will get more investment, and will get more return. The corporate government must focus in terms of user acquisition, increase competitiveness, and understanding expanding mobile technology. For this they need to adapt mobile integrated technologies, reduction in pricing strategies and focus on strong delivery channel. The employees, and government will also be influenced with these proposed strategies. Employees will be improved their ability through trainings, they will receive better salaries, and share awards as the group. The government will be benefited through getting more taxes on the earned income.
