Respond to demand of audiences and know the audience’s interest in the relevant information through establishing effective feedback.
In order to complete the goal of the organisation, the following objectives have been addressed:
Public Awareness: The Company will organise events to build the firm’s image in Australia. This will be through a job fair for the university students and family fun day centred around the Chinese culture. This is scheduled for November 10 and December 15. In addition, the company will mount social media campaigns to enhance its online following. The job fair and family fun day will help in connecting with the university students who are soon to join the working class and hence create a connection between the company, the students’ fraternity which will in due time escalate to the job market and the corporate world. This will have a twofold impact:
Influential Visibility: The company will connect with the local fraternity of the Chinese students. Further, the opportunities available for Chinese students in Australia will be identified and highlightedin the events. The company will liaise with other organizations interested in offering opportunities to the Chinese student to send their representatives. To enhance the company’s visibility,the company with offer branded giveaways such as such, t-shirts, keyholders and caps.
Online following: Chinese and local people interested in Chinese culture and social networkswill be targeted through the provision of daily online content. Different social media platforms will be explored to increase following for the company. The company will work on connecting with the Chinese community in Australia. (In the job fair and family fun day, the use of Facebook,Weibo and Wechat will be promoted. The company intends to mobilize 100000 followers on Weibo and 10000 followers on Wechat before August. The Facebook page is also being revamped to receive at least 20000 likes and comments daily.
