The vision statement of PLANC is to provide the access to justice that requires the access to the poverty laws and services for all the poor people or people below the poverty line living in Canada. The poverty law services are mainly created with justice to help the poorest Canadian people to get enabled with marginalized community interests and services that could help them to advance the legal interests and protections for the most fundamental needs and desired requirements such as housing, food, clothing, income and security. Here, the communities are provided with several authorities and interests to define and assert the legal need and personal requirements through the community control services over the poverty law services. The mission statement of PLANC will include the creation of a national network of poverty law advocates, community workers, supporters and several helpful service providers in promoting the common vision of poverty law services in Canada and to ensure the equitable access across Canada. Both the vision and mission statement of PLANC will help the poorest and poverty line people to get provided with several opportunities and affairs that could help them to get several improvements and developments in the living community of Canada.
